Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website or visit your account on skindealsco.com to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Damaged or lost packages
